here are the ingredients for Elmlea double

Buttermilk (63%), Vegetable Oils in varying proportions (35%) (Palm, Rapeseed), Buttermilk Powder, Emulsifiers (E435, E322 (from Soya)), Lactose, Stabilisers (E412, E410), Colour (E160a)


SOUNDS FANTASTIC... not
what the fuck is in the vegetable oils in varying proportions?  sounds like a bunch of omega 6. and what about the E numbers? WTF

Unfortunately food manufacturers care more about profits that your health which is why You'll find plenty of bull shit claims thrown over food packaging.

just look at this Atkins product, the front would have you believe this is low carb, but when you look at the nutritional info its another story.
